If you'd like to contribute gifts for children, provisions, transport, or volunteer time, we'd love to hear from you. Every contribution, of any size, helps make the weekend as special as it should be — and much of the programme's variable cost can be met by donated goods rather than cash.

We pay the full rate for all rooms, meals and services — this is a funded booking during the quiet shoulder season, not a donation request. We handle all referral, transport, and coordination. We're looking for places where families can arrive and feel immediately that they are on holiday.
